How can I play PS2 game with bin&cue files?

I have a PS2 in my computer, but the files are *bin&*cue. How I play the games with PCSX2 ?? (I don't know how to change the files to elf. files) Moreover, I don't want to burn a DVD to play with PCSX2 if not necessary.

So let me get this straight. You have a game, in a format you have never seen before, you dont want to burn the game to DVD so you have a hard copy of it, yet you expect us to believe you have got this through legitimate ways?
