How can I reconfigure the emulator to recognize the gamepad?

Hi,

New PCSX2 version +1.7.4694 stopped recognizing gamepad,

Versions v1.7.4693 and earlier continue to work.

I tried opening a BUG notification but was told it's not an emulator issue.
