How can I start the game?

After I get this, what should I do the next to start the game?

I already have the memory card inside

Make an iso of your game by using ImgBurn or IsoBuster or something like that. This forum recommend ImgBurn while i recommend isobuster
After u make an iso, run the game by clicking File-> Run ISO

But I have already have a iso of my game(i downloaded it)
Once I run it, it ask me to select browser or the system configuration
But anyway, thanks for your help^^
