How can you drag the game screen window ?

Since my full screen is 1920x1080 but I want to play the game(DQ8) in 3xnative window mode so the text don't look weird out too much.
The problem is about 1/4 of the game window extends out of screen and I can't seem to find a way to drag it up.

So you are trying to fit a larger resolution in a smaller window? I wonder why that would cause an issue...

disabling mouse API did the trick. |
