How do I enable cheats in PCSX2 1.7.0? I dont see a menu or button for activating the pnach cheats I have in the cheats folder

You can edit the PCSX2 ini file in the inis folder
Windows 11 64 bit OS

settings->emulation->enable cheats
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
