How do I get the program to open? What files and where to put them?

At first it said MSVCR120.dll was missing, so I copied it from the System32 folder to the pcsx2 folder (I don't know if that's where it should be), and now it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." I also don't know the proper place to put the BIOS, or if there are other files I need.

1 - install vc++ 2013 redist, as stated on the page where you downloaded pcsx2

My sig has all in one C++ installer which will solve C++ error,problems,missing files anyone has, with added bonus of it will install all C++ from 2005 to current. easier then tracking down individual C++ installs.
