How do I remove ISO from ISO Selector list?

Hey guys... I need someones assistance for a quick minute... I accidently placed the wrong file in the ISO Selector in the CDVD next to the Config option... I tried removing this file listed in the Iso Selector by deleting the actual file in my Downloads but its still there I dont know really how to remove this file from the ISO Selector... would any of you guys know what to do??

1. Open pcsx2_ui.ini

2. Clear everything under [RecentIso]
