How do I setup Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence to play better on my PC? What setting?

Hi. This is my first time on the forums and I really wanna play Metal Gear Solid 3 but have never owned a Sony console. Here are my specs.

Intel Core i5 4570 (3.2 GHZ up to 3.6 TurboBoost)
NVIDIA EVGA Geforce 760 GTX SC Edition 2 GB GDDR5
16 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHZ DDR3 RAM
1 Seagate 2 TB Hard drive (7200 RPM)
1 Western Digital 1 TB Hard drive (1000 RPM)
Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit Edition

I am trying to run this game but I get a lot of audio problems and some occasional frame rate drops. It kinda ruins the experience for me so I was wondering how I should be configuring my games to get good performance and fidelity out of them. I am a bit new to PCSX2 so I am still learning the emulator. Please let me know what I should do.

Then you don't have a PS2. You have to own a PS2 to use PCSX2 legally.
