Crack the 940 @ 3.8GHZ under Prime 95 and watch it die..
Max stable I've had is on a 3.73GHZ 3dmark06.
I mean hell.. I can get mine to come into windows at 3.83GHZ.. Doesn't accomplish much when it BSOD's under strain..
Check reviews, max is like 3.7GHZ.. Forget people with there 1.6V voltage at 4GHZ..
