wow...im just a massive noob.
Every time i started my game i clicked boot cdvd(full) , when all i needed to do was press boot cdvd(fast).
Now i can see the gamecrc in my console and just by pressing the boot cdvd(fast) solved the brownish screen.

The fact that the save state name is that of the bios,mean that pcsx2 didn't get the crc of the game correctly either because you are using this emucr build or there is a bug with pcsx2.
Full boot go trough the bios and it if didn't get the game crc,the crc will be that of the bios which means,no auto crc gamefix will work.
Using Fast boot,start directly the game and get correctly the crc.

another clue for the proof the CRC hacks don't get activated in Full boot
