Intel Pentuim p6100
Inte hd graphics
3 gb memory
320 gb hdd
When i do run it starts at around 50-60 fps until I am able to walk
This is all default settings.

Get a decent pc.
Yours is definitely too weak for pcsx2
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
