How to Improve Graphics?

Hi!



I've been playing Fatal Frame I lately and stumbled on the following video:

His graphics look super nice and clean. Meanwhile my Fatal Frame looks like this:

In comments he replied to someone: 'try downloading the new pcsx2, it has cheat pnach files with graphical fixes and wide screen hacks.'

But I'm not sure what he's talking about. Any help to maximize the graphics? I'm pretty sure my PC is decent enough to handle the performance side.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
