What can I do to make Gran Turismo 4 run at a consistent 60 fps during races? I've noticed that the game runs at 60 fps in menus, but when I'm racing, it feels like it's locked at 30 fps. I've tried overclocking the EE, but it doesn't seem to help. When I force the game to run at 80 fps, the menus speed up, but as soon as a race loads, it goes back to the sluggish 30 fps. I've tried different versions of the emulator and lowered the settings, but nothing seems to work. Are there any cheat codes or solutions that can force the game to run at a true internal 60 fps during races, similar to the 60 fps cheat code for Gran Turismo 2?
