How to change sensitivity of Xbox One controller?

I am trying to play gran turismo 4 and it's impossible to control. I've tried setting the sensitivity in pcsx2 and it helps but it reduces the range of motion instead of offering a sensitivity curve. I tried downloading the xbox app but turns out it's only for the elite controller.
