How to change the language in Jak 3?

I tried searching but I couldn't find an answer. The whole game seems to be in Chinese or Japanese, how do I change it back to English? (I heard that you can go to the bios menu to change it manually, but how do I do that?)

use nULL cd/DVD plugin, and change your bios language

Tried that, didn't work. I found a workaround by changing the language settings ingame though (3rd option in menu, then 1st and then change the flag options).
