No idea apart from updating to latest got build. Ogl renderer may fix them too. But I can't guarantee since I didn't test this game myself (not the NTSC version)

Latest git build and threaded microVU1 seems to work fine with DX11, I'll google how to fix the other bugs, thank you for your help

For optimal settings with that GPU, avoid upscaling the resolutions and don't use blending unit. It might be blurry, but that's the max you should use. Gran Turismo 4 is a pretty demanding game and requires a really good GPU and CPU.
