How to convert audio and recording from the emu?

I can't seem to find away to put the recording and audio together, and the Recording is not a actual video, why did it do that?

You mean you recorded a video with the internal recorder? You need to mux the video and audio file with a program that can do that, for instance mediacoder or handbrake.
