You didn't read the configuration guide.

Ok. Try various options like setting the clamp mode to none and round mode to nearest in EE and VU Sections. Enable Speedhacks. EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1.

Download this pcsx2.net/svn.php and then goto speedhacks and enable the MTVU Hack.

Enable Frameskip to constant of 1, 2 or 2, 2.
