Wow, what version of PCSX2 are you using? I am using 0.9.6 and i certainly dont have those type of settings and icons at the top and stuf ?

Are you sure? The method of which I spoke worked perfectly for slow motion.

The above picture shows what I adjusted, and it worked for creating slow motion. But if that is indeed frameskip, then it still worked, and that's all that matters, I guess. Smile

I tried adjusting the actual framerate before trying this and it just crashed my emulator, so I just did it this way. FYI

may be it works that way, but we provide end user support only for official versions. not svn

Keep the Slow Motion Rate @ 100% instead of 50% (default). Keep Base Frame Limit @ 50% instead of 100%(default).. keep Turbo @ 100% instead of 200% (default)
