How to eliminate the mesh in all games on lastet PCSX2?.

Exactly what I mean.I tried with Directx 12 and NVIDIA 4050 RTX.
And also on all games,without success.Please solve this problem.

looks like you enabled a tv shader in settings->graphics->post-processing
