Playing Xenosaga 3, also how do I switch disc later?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Didn't give us much information.. Please list the following:
*Computer specs (CPU, RAM Videocard)
*PCSX2 revision
you listed your game but for what reqion? (PAL, NTSC-u, NTSC-j?)

To hopefully answer your question:
You hit escape, than CDVD, and select the new ISO, it will prompt you to swap the discs or restart, you want to choose swap disc.

Now i know that swaping disc functionality is currently broken, But i don't think it affects multi disc games, Just Monster Rancher and Koei Warriors. Don't quote me on that however

The correct way is getting a dedicated GPU.
