I'm new to PCSX2 emulator. I'm playing Sly Cooper 1 but echat the game is blurry when moving the camera left and right. How can I fix it? I'm using a 144hz monitor.

you can try a no-interlace patch
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
