How to implement fixes?

I just read in the progress report about all these juicy fixes happening for the emulator. But how are they implemented? Are they fixes coming out for the next download? Or do I need computer skill beyond just downloading? Thank you for your time.

just download git versions instead of stable versions.
Each git build will include latests commitments

Thank you for the response! I've looked through the page. This is the latest thing I found.

I don't quite understand it. Do I just put the files into my pcsx2 directory? I'm not seeing an executable. Sorry for the noob question. Github is foreign to me.
