How to import save states and mem cards?

Hello guys! I just have switched to the newest version..

the problem is, whenever I transfer savestates or my memory cards to the new version, it does not read my saves.. any help? thanks!

no hope to savestates afaik, memcards (.ps2) should not be problem unless it is being corrupted in the copy process (memcards are sensitive, if it is becoming unusable after copy, you could try to export the saves from the original and import in the new formatted ones or just point the memcard browser to the original location).
