In PCSX2 0.9.7 3113 folder have no patch folder where it is i can save pnach file 2 load easly damn help .... I ddnt understnd

In the cheats folder and enable them by System=>Enable Cheats

Create them if you need them.
0.9.7 beta comes with just one example .pnach file if you got the Binary package instead of the installer and that's about it.

Use either the current public beta of 0.9.7, or the latest revision....
