How to make games look better

Like the title says I'm trying to make the game look better, and what I mean is that sometimes objects in games (I'm also pretty much exclusively playing KH2FM on the emulator) will be blurry or some textures will start Z-Fighting, and I was wondering if there is a way in the plugins to fix it.

My PC should be able to handle everything the emulator throws at me as my PC is decently high spec although my GPU is average.
PC Setup:
CPU: Ryzen 2700x 8core @ 4.2Ghz
GPU: gtx 1050 ti
RAM: 16gb ddr4 @ 3200mhz

I do have PCSX2 and everything it comes with on my ssd, but I doubt that would really fix much besides I'm assuming load times in games.

In pcsx2 click configure, video, plugin settings, change the internal resolution multipliers

No interlacing cheat can create sharper image
You can use pcsx2 internal resolution multipliers
Pcsx2 shaders
And use Reshade (but it is performance killer even for your gtx 1050 ti)
