I have some disk images imported into iso selector that aren't working. I would like to remove those disk images.

*why not use via windows explorer

It is a new option in PCSX2 0.9.7:

CDVD -> ISO Selector -> "Select iso from list" or "Browse for and iso"

edit your pcsx2.ini and remove the lines that don't suit you in "[RecentIso]" section
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
