How to repair Cracked PS2 Controller from eBay

Hi,

I bought a genuine PS2 controller from eBay not knowing it was cracked along the left side just realising it now after 6 months. On the eBay advert the pictures are only from the top not from the sides. There is a gap between the plastic where your left hand holds the controller. It makes playing games uncomfortable. The controller is missing a screw. I tried to insert the screw from another genuine PS2 controller I have but it does not want to go in no matter what. Maybe the screw holder is damaged. Is there any way this controller can be repaired as it is otherwise working?

Send some pics, controller may not be put together properly which means you'll have to dissemble which shouldn't be too hard. If you see where it's cracked then the casing is no good unfortunately.
