How to run Kingdom Hearts 2, Please Help

Ok so guys please help me on how to run kingdom hearts 2 smoothly on pcsx2.
At the first intro it was very fast(50-60 fps), but when i played it, it becomes slow (25-35 fps)

Operating system:Microsoft (build 8250), 32-bit
Physical Ram:1023mb
CPU name: Intel ® Core ™ 2 CPU 4400 @ 2.00ghz
Vendor/Model: Genuine Intel (stepping 02)
CPU Speed: 2.4 ghz

Please Tell me if Kingdom Hearts 2 will work properly

Not much I'm afraid, but you could try Final Fantasy X or Kingdom Hearts 1.

Try a PS1 emulator and the final fantasy games for it. PS2's outperform your PC

FF-x probably won't run on that actually unless in software mode, which looks like crap, so I'd say it's not even worth your time to try it.

Edit: Also, here is a list of games that run well on PC's with lower specs. See if any of these are something you want to play!

FFX is one of the most mildest games (Besides fire/demi spells) that can run on most lowend systems, first Kingdom Hearts it's about the same, you should look up a post of Saiki and click on his signature, where he has some tricks to help playing some games on low-end pc's.
