How to transfer GT4 photos to a USB or to Desktop?

I am very new to PS2 emulator so I would love to have a help from you guys and girls that knows a lot.

My question topic is that how can I transfer my GT4 photos I've created to make from the memory card to my flash drive or into the desktop itself, I would love to know how so I can post my Gran Turismo 4 photos to share.

Honestly it would probably just be simpler to do a screenshot on the photo screen instead.
