How to turn off Texture Filtering when using Software Renderer ???

street fighter anniversary edition on pcsx2 as well as most of the capcom fighters works only in software mode render ...

playing them in hardware render will cause the graphics to be badly distorted ...

but playing these games in software mode render will cause the graphics to be badly blurred

is there any way to turn off the texture filtering while in software mode ???

or

is there a way to play these games in hardware mode render but without the badly distorted graphics ???
