Here is some recommended settings for that rig:
in config->video->plugin settings:
Use Direct3d11 Hardware mode
set resolution to 3x native
set texture filtering to full check mark
disable allow 8 bit textures
enable anisotropic filtering, and set 16x
enable HW hacks, hit the configure button beside it, and set 4x MSAA(this can make the graphics do weird stuff in a few games, so if you see weirdness, try turning it back off)
in config->audio->plugin settings
set backend to Xaudio2
in config->emulation settings
GS window tab: set 16:9 aspect ratio, and check the last two boxes(vsync, and then the next one makes it adaptive vsync)
Speedhacks tab: Enable MTVU, unless you are playing a game on this list: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-LIST-Game...-with-MTVU
in System menu:
Check enable widescreen hacks
All this will give you VERY nice graphics, and fluid gameplay.
