Every Game I Try To Play Except Svr 08 And Svr 09 Lags. Even If I Try All The Different Ways To Work That One Well. It Still Lags. Especially Fight Night Round 3. I Tried Every Way, It Took About An Hour. But Still Useless. So Why Only Svr-s Work Normally ??

Kk. I Have Core 2 Duo E8500, 4gb Ram, XP , Ati Radeon x1950 Pro.
i have pcsx2 0.9.6
And For Video Plugin I Use Gsdx 890 0.1.14

Sounds like the ati slowness issue. Get the latest gsdx from here and check native in gsdx config
