Probably because your CPU don't support SSSE3(I tried the SSSE3 plugin just now on my PC that have CPU that don't support SSSE3 and I get the same error)

Windows does not like having users randomly stuffing runtime in w/e directory.
run the appropriate software updaters.

Does the same happen when you try to click the "Configure" button with the GSdx SSE2 one selected?
Try updating your DirectX and install the Visual C++ 2008 redist: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...ceb6d8fa8d http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en

If directx was the problem,you won't get that error...try with GSdx SSE2
