I can not play on Vulkan

Hi, i tried with all new versions and the program crash every time i tried to load a game using vulkan render. I tried the previous version of the GPU driver and nothing seems to work.
OpenGL and D3d works normally. Did i miss something?
Also, what is QT? wx symbols? there is no explanation on that, maybe i did something wrong with that.

TEMP SOLUTION:
The reason in my case is that the vulkan engine is trying to open the wrong card, this is a very weird thing. I disable the intel card and all the games are working now.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  
• Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

with nightly QT you will need to go to "debug->enable file logging" to create emulog.txt

wxwidgets->old interface
Symbols->only for debugging purposes, not made for basic users. don't use it

Hardware specs:

CPU: i5 8000 series
GPU: GTX 1050
RAM: 16 gb

Version of PCSX2:

I tried with pcsx2-v1.7.3338 and then i tried with the latest version, all default settings, no speed hacks, no presets, in fact, with the latest version i just opened up the emulator, changed the folder for my bios, select a renderer and boot a game, all isos.

about the emulog.txt, i did what you say, there is a file there but is totally empty.
I forgot to say that i played the last week with vulkan render and all my personal options and it worked perfectly, no problems at all, i even install reshade and it worked, that is why i tried with and older gpu drivers and a clean installation and new versions etc...

i was more waiting for a .dmp file.
but anyways. definitely looks like a windows problem more than pcsx2.
which means :
- update windows
- use DDU
- install latest gpu driver
