I can't launch the pcsx2 on my pc

Hey viewers , I have this problem , which I can't even open the pcsx2 on my pc , not even launching it , im using v1.2.1 on my pc.

specs :
CPU :intel core i3 ~3.3GHz
GPU :intel HD graphics 2000 (1.7GB total : 1GB dedicated , .7GB shared
RAM :4GB
OS :win7 64bit
please help me in this
