I have PCSX2 error please fix :o)

When i launch Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkenachi 3 i get this error:

"CDVD READ ERROR, sector = 0x000aec2a"

what does that mean and how do i fix it?

are you running from disc or iso ?
if from iso, try from your original disc to see if you get the same error.
If you don't then, remake your iso using imgburn www.imgburn.com

I am running from an ISO I download off the internet. I dont have an original copy of this game
