I have a problem with the fps in pcsx2 nightly

It turns out that in any game I install, my fps is stuck at 25 in the PAL version and 30 in the NTSC version. I don't know what it could be and I've already tried everything in the configuration and I haven't achieved any different results. Someone help me to solve this problem :c
