The game seems to be running slowly on my weak PC.
ATI Radeon 5500 HD
2.66 GHz duo core
Are there any optimizations I can do or is it just beyond my hardware.

Tick native resolution in gsdx,in speedhacks set EE Cyclestealing 2 and VU Cycle rate 1

Oh and also use 1.0.0, it's faster than 0.9.8.
