bro if i run pcsx2 and run with .iso dvd . why is my home screen pcsx2 blank?

Please repost the image link. What you have posted is not a valid link of any kind. Also make sure you have the emulator set to ISO and not CD/DVD for reading. Also try fast boot instead of the normal one which takes you through the BIOS.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
