so i guess u reached the stage in which u tried everything. at this point u have 5 options:-
1) endure the lag and play games with lag
2) stop playing because the lag is unbearable
3) format your machine and reinstall everything
4) get a new powerful machine
5) take machine for a full checkup
it depends on how u do it. if u put in the recovery cd and boot from it then it will format, put windows and the drivers. that is easy. if however u boot from a windows setup cd then it will only format and put for u windows. u have to put the drivers by yourself. it takes some skill to identify the unrecognized devices and get the right drivers for them. btw not all people know how to format a machine even if it as easy as u say
