That worked here just fine... this is the NTSC version so you seem to be using wrong codes. You probably need different code for the PAL version.

Talking about downloading games or any kind of warez/illegal discussion is against our forum rules so I suggest you stop doing that now.
Just find some PAL cheats.

www.codejunkies.com has codes for European and PAL games in general. Although the codes are for the Action Replay device they can be converted easily to raw with the omniconvert utility.
