I'm kinda new to this, and need help.

Hello, I just started looking into emulation and I really found it interesting so I decided to download one. While following the tutorial on YouTube, I came across a problem.

After extracting the emulator, I downloaded a game (Tenkaichi 3) and after extracting it, instead of coming out as an iso. file, it came out still as a Win.rar. What can I do?
