Dude you must have messed around with the configs even with my processor I get 25-30 FPS during gameplay and 60 in menus.P.S. I use 1024x1024 resolution wit native it's 30 and above during gameplay.

Turn ALL the speedhacks on except mVU Min/Max hack (it's in the new beta releases) it just breaks backgrounds

Perhaps his vgacard 9500gt become bottleneck with this game although he already set his res. To 640x480.

you dont know what res he has cause he reported the size of the window actually. i hope he uses the native ps2 resolution

Hmm, that like wried thing for his system, no one still use 640x480 for monitor resolusion, although he play in OS < Windows 98 and his cpu is more better, so i quess his vgacard is main bottleneck here.

when you see a hz number it shows you the size of the window he used in the GSdx plugin... not his monitor native resolution

Yeah it's the 10's lol anyways I don't get it seriously using DX9 I get 20FPS in Master mode and in battles it's like 28-30FPS so his internal resolution is pretty high
(more than 1024x1024 since I get these speeds on such a gr8 resolution)So let's just wait for his reply
