there's no need to disable C1E, speed-step, Cx state, etc.
i personally prefer to have those option on. 4.x GHz when browsing the net or office, no thank you

LOL. I hear ya on the Speedstep, but disabling C-States helped me.

well, since you OC that high, it might give better result when you turn c-state off.
though there should be no problem with c-states enabled on SB.
my pc is on 24/7 so every power saving available matter for me

For the sake of things, could you please mention a game or two that you're playing?

Hmmmm... You wouldn't happen to be running the game directly from the disc...? If so, trying using an ISO made of the disc with ImgBurn and running from that (using the internal ISO selector).

I play Smackdown vs Raw 2011,Smackdown Here Comes The Pain,Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3,Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2
and all of them are ISO images.

Could you get cpu-z maybe even gpu-z and check what are your cpu/gpu frequencies while your game is getting slowdown? Also does EE/GS% radically changes then?(Any of them get's to 100%?)
