I need help

Okay, I have PCSX2, I set up my PS3 controller, buttons work perfectly, it vibrates, etc. SO, I boot up the game (Kingdom Hearts 2), but then the buttons don't do anything. It's like the controller isn't working but I check it in Motionjoy and in pcsx2 and its all set up.

MotioninJoy is a crap full of adware, use the wrappers in this forum.
