I need help with cheating

Hello guys,
first of all my first language isn't english so im sorry for the bad english.
I want to cheat in PCSX2 and i watched some tutorials.
What i already did was:
Downloading OmniConverter
Downloading PCSXCE
So i put in the Omni Converter the Action Replax MAX code as the input and as the output the raw code.
Then i copied the raw code into PCSXCE.
I have put the game CRC into as well and it created a .pnach file.
I saved it but when i was starting the game (Kingdom Hearts 2)
it didn't work.
What have i done wrong ?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

which code do you mean? There are my specs and other things
