Not really i messed with NTCS And PAL Framerate(plus everything else i did) an now ive got a 60-68 FPS,which is perfect and smooth... So yeah, it is enuff to run PS2!!!

it's enough to emulate KH2 under pcsx2.
Be aware it's one of the less demanding games

Indeed, i rarely see KH2 drop under 100fps (if ever) on my kit (i7 920). Yours is better than a P4 single core, ill give you that, genuine 2 cores does help, but it is still the same architecture which has been severely surpassed and more guts would be required for games such as Metal Gear Solid 3 and Tekken 5.

well it will hit 90, but for some reason when it goes over like 60 it seems to speed up(music playes faster , an the entire emulation just goes faster) i dont kno how to fix it tho!

Enable frame limiter? Tab or F4 keys in the latest beta and you better set the GS tab settings to their default...
