I have been noticing that a lot of games seem to be working fine for me and then they just freeze and crash. Fullmetal Alchemist 1 (works great until the first boss then freezes during it) and Red Dead Redemption (works good till the 3rd mission then freezes) Is there anyway to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you getting any errors in the console when you freeze?
Can you attach your emulog.txt file (found in the logs folder of where you installed PCSX2) after you freeze to a post?
