In any case, your GPU is integrated and definately an old and preeeeetty weak one too. I'm not sure how the error you're getting is related but my bet is that even if you do get it fixed, you won't be able to run games on the GSdx that comes bundled with the 1.0.0 release due to how old your GPU is. If the error is correct, you truly are so outdated it can't even work properly with it. I'm only speculating here, i cannot be sure of anything myself.

But as refraction said, give updating your DirectX a try first. Before you ask where or how though, use google

Then you need to update directx like we have previously mentioned.

The way directX works on Windows 7 is kind of strange because in a way it actually runs DX9 and DX11 separately, so updating DX9 is still sometimes necessary.

Can you kindly read the replies when we make them if you want help. I already said that doesnt mean you are up to date, AND somebody else has already given you a link to update it, yet you ignored it.

if you been use pcsx2 for the very 1st time you need to install 3 microsoft libraries the Direct X libraries and VC packages

not really,if the WGA error is the case he can re-format and install these 3 libraries but he needs to turn off the "Automatic Updates" and/or don't transact any windows updates under WinXP,Vista,7
except win8.
